A guided opportunity to observe, record, and experiment artistically in this spectacular rainforest setting.

Join us for this special event in partnership with Gippsland Threatened Species Action Group.

A botanist and artist tutor will be present to guide you through your observations while we walk through this environmentally significant forest.

Mountain ash, messmate and blackwood make up the tall canopy. The river, creeks and gullies are filled with ferns, including the critically endangered slender tree-fern. It is home to many important animal species such as the gang-gang, long-nosed bandicoots, Strzelecki koala, platypus, superb lyrebirds, and the powerful owl.
